Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (buildininteriors.com), requesting design consultations, or signing a turnkey project agreement with Build In Interiors, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not engage our services.

2. Scope of Turnkey Services

Build In Interiors provides complete turnkey interior design, civil execution, factory-finished modular furniture manufacturing, MEP engineering, lighting, and project management across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

• Itemized BOQ: All project deliverables, material specifications (brand, thickness, grade), and pricing are explicitly detailed in your signed Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Design Sign-Off: Production and procurement begin only after client approval of 2D layouts, 3D renders, and material boards.
• Site Readiness: Client must provide access to power, water, and elevator/staircase clearance required for material movement during execution.

3. Payment Terms & Milestones

Payments are tied to transparent project milestones outlined in the project contract:

• Booking Advance: Token deposit to initiate site measurement and preliminary 3D concept design.
• Production Release: Milestone payment upon final 3D design sign-off to initiate factory manufacturing and raw material dispatch.
• Fit-Out & Installation: Progress payments during civil, false ceiling, electrical, and modular assembly phases.
• Handover: Final balance due upon completion of quality checklist walkthrough and project handover.

4. 10-Year Warranty & Coverage

Build In Interiors provides up to a 10-Year Limited Warranty on factory-manufactured modular cabinets, hardware, and structural woodwork, subject to normal residential usage conditions:

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects, delamination under recommended moisture conditions, and hardware functionality (Hettich / Blum hinges & channels).
• Warranty excludes natural wear and tear, direct water immersion damage beyond specification, unapproved third-party modifications, or force majeure events.

5. Intellectual Property

All original 3D designs, architectural layouts, renderings, photographs, and website content produced by Build In Interiors remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final designs solely for personal property execution.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or related to our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
