Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Build In Interiors, we take pride in engineering high-quality custom turnkey interior design solutions tailored to your property. Because interior projects involve customized design work, dedicated engineering time, and custom-cut raw materials, cancellation and refund requests are governed by the specific stages outlined below.

2. Cancellation Before Design Approval (Initial Phase)

If a client requests project cancellation prior to approving 2D layouts or starting 3D design renders:

• Cancellation within 7 days of token booking: 100% of the token advance is refundable, minus nominal processing fees (if site measurement has not been conducted).
• If site measurements and preliminary 2D CAD space planning have been completed, a administrative fee of ₹5,000 or actual measurement costs will be deducted from the advance.

3. Cancellation During 3D Design Phase

Once custom 3D renders, material selection boards, and itemized BOQs are produced and presented to the client, design engineering fees are considered consumed. Cancellation at this stage will incur a non-refundable deduction equivalent to the 3D design fee specified in the project agreement.

4. Post Factory Production & Material Dispatch

Once 3D designs are signed off and factory manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Custom modular woodwork, plywood precision cutting, edge-banding, and special hardware orders are engineered specifically to your site specifications and cannot be restocked or reused for other projects.

5. Defect Replacement & Material Inspection

We stand by our material quality and precision execution guarantees:

• Any material delivered to site that exhibits manufacturing defects or transit damage will be replaced at zero additional cost to the client.
• Joint site inspections are conducted at handover. Any punch-list items identified during handover are rectified promptly before final closure.
